I am a self employed Law Enforcement professional.  With over 30 years of demonstrated experience in the Police work, Close Protection and Security. I have also worked in the Film and Television Industry, Hospitality, Air Line and Travel Industry. Dealing with High Level security issues in every aspect of my daily routine. Thus I have worked the full spectrum of my chosen profession, the last 20 years being at the management and directorial levels. The experience and knowledge that I have gained over the years both on a business and personal level has made me the focused and humble service Guru that I am today. I have a passion for the Service Industry that surpasses it just being a job for me. I am known for my will to succeed at any given task. I accomplish this by being a confident leader with excellent motivational and communication skills, who manages to combine a structured yet adaptable approach to dealing with problems. I have learned a great deal from the different experiences I have encountered during my career and grown within my area of expertise bringing extensive business knowledge gained from working internationally with a variety of operations. I am able to delegate and coordinate the team’s efforts to reach set goals. I am resilient and determined to drive the team by strategic and analytical planning.
